Video Media Gateway(VMG)

The VMG converts media between WCDMA mobile video phones and Internet-based video phones and other applications. Offers extensive multimedia solutions for converged Next Generation Networks (NGN), such as between IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) networks, 3G networks and IP networks. Supporting real-time voice and video transcoding, it provides an extensive list of protocols including 3G-324M and MEGACO. The VMG supports MRF (Multimedia Resource Function) for video conference calling, multimedia ring back service and other video services.
