Column Moving Machining Center for Volume Production and Unmanned Machining of Extra Long Components
    The SMEC MCV UL/XL Series, composed of the MCV 420UL, 400XL, 510XL and 610XL, are moving column vertical machining centers with long X-axis strokes of up to 6,200mm and a fixed table. The ATC magazine attached to the moving column and long fixed table allows multiple workpieces to be continuously machined with a single setup. Through the use of multiple vises, high volume production and unmanned operations are possible.
