提供SS7 ISUP/BICC、SIP、MEGAO 联动功能、呼叫控制、路由、媒体网关控制功能和收费功能 。追加处理视频服务控制功能，提供H245协议处理功能和3G 324M网关管理功能。在IMS网内由MGCF、Class 4开关可以利用IP核心网内主要设备。
