Starting as one division of Samsung Corporation in 1988, we continually had grown up and were divided from Samsung Aerospace on July 1,1999.

SMEC succeeded complete right related to CNC MACHINE TOOLS which had belonged to Samsung Aerospace.

All employees of Samsung Aerospace, including CEO, participate in SMEC as the stockholders and Samsung Aerospace is the big stockholder of SMEC.

SMEC has sold more than one thousand and six hundred cnc machine tools until now, and alsoexports them to Europe and U.S.A. and takes charge of providing parts of cnc machine sold in the name of Samsung.
